We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, site access issues, technician availability, equipment availability, emergencies, permitting requirements, or other circumstances outside our control.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments, unavailable job sites, locked gates, blocked access, unsafe work conditions, last-minute cancellations, or lack of required access may result in delays, rescheduling, or additional fees.
Certain services, materials, permits, third-party fees, or scheduled work may not be cancelable or refundable once ordered, scheduled, paid for, or placed into process.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

Hometown Septic Services is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or project issues caused by inaccurate information, undisclosed conditions, unavailable access, unsafe job sites, customer-requested changes, or third-party work.
